LBK Design is a design and marketing consultancy founded in 2003 to help entrepreneurs and small business bring their brand to life: From the development to launch for new and legacy events with Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival, F3 Running and Universal Sole , to building design consistency and social channels for America’s Dog & Burger and logo design for Symmetry Physical Therapy. Over the years, the range of clients supported has grown to larger scale businesses, including WarmUp Heated Flooring and Marriott Hotel Brands.

Laura was introduced to graphic design in a high school “commercial art” class and fell in love at 15. She graduated from Illinois State University and took on an internship-turned-job with an agency as a graphic designer. A year later, she took a graphic design role at Navy Pier, moving from designer to managerial roles across design/creative direction, branding and marketing over a 13 year tenure. Following Navy Pier, she took on a creative leadership role at S&C Electric Company, managing a large team of creatives at the global headquarters in Chicago.
